Processing Time

We prepare most orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Certain specialty items may require 5–7 business days to process—you’ll see this noted clearly on relevant product pages.

Shipping & Delivery

We partner with major carriers, including Aramex, SMSA, DHL, and Zajil, to deliver throughout Saudi Arabia.

Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days to major cities, while other regions may take 4–6 business days. We always tried to deliver our quality product to the customer as soon as possible by exceeding the fastest expectation of the customer.

Shipping Costs

Standard delivery starts at SAR 10, with final costs depending on package size and destination. For remote locations, the delivery charges will remain same for all kind of locations and package sizes.

Tracking Your Order

After shipment, we’ll keep updating you about the current tracking status of your product via Email or provided contact number.

Address & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We can only modify delivery addresses for orders that haven’t begun processing.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the package will be returned to our facility. You’ll need to cover the reshipping fee for us to send it again. For unclaimed packages (not picked up after carrier attempts), we’ll contact you to arrange a solution—additional fees may apply. (Only for extra-ordinary situations)
